If you still have the physical key, you should be able to have a duplicate made at a local hardware store or locksmith. If you don’t have a key to reference, another option is to know your key number and place a special order through an authorized dealer.
If neither of these methods works, the final option is to contact a locksmith to either open or remove your lock.
If you’ve lost the keys to your non-padlock security device and cannot access important items in your warehouse, check if you have the key number recorded. If your hardware store was unable to provide a replacement key, consult a local locksmith to see if they can create a duplicate. In some cases, not all lock models have available replacement keys. If that’s the case, you may need to purchase a new lock.
