Electrical lockout devices are used to lock out a switched off circuit breaker, prevent re-energization, control the dissipation of residual energy, ground current, and effectively tag out equipment.
Miniature circuit breaker/circuit breaker lockouts effectively lock out circuit breakers, preventing equipment from accidentally starting. This helps keep workers safe and prevents accidents in the workplace. Lockouts applied to sockets (electrical plugs and socket lockouts) prevent plugs from being used to start machinery.

For new mold development (custom dimensions or new device types), the typical MOQ is 500–1,000 units depending on complexity. Yes. All our electrical lockout devices feature standard 6mm (¼ inch) padlock shackle holes compatible with any LOTO padlock — including Master Lock, Brady, and our own Mingjiang safety padlock range. Our switch covers and panel lockout boxes also include hasp slots for use with multi-lock lockout hasps during group lockout procedures.
Measure the overall dimensions of the switch, button, or panel area you need to enclose. For push-button and rotary switch covers, note the panel cutout diameter (standard sizes are 22mm, 25mm, and 30mm). For wall switch covers, measure the switch plate dimensions.
