Electrical lockout devices are used to lock out a switched off circuit breaker, prevent re-energization, control the dissipation of residual energy, ground current, and effectively tag out equipment.
Miniature circuit breaker/circuit breaker lockouts effectively lock out circuit breakers, preventing equipment from accidentally starting. This helps keep workers safe and prevents accidents in the workplace. Lockouts applied to sockets (electrical plugs and socket lockouts) prevent plugs from being used to start machinery.
We also stock a wide selection of switchboard and switch lockouts - these clear box covers fit over switchboards and are secured with LOTO padlocks. These switchboard and switch lockouts come in a variety of different shapes and sizes.
Factory-direct electrical lockout devices — circuit breaker lockouts, electrical switch lockouts, panel lockouts, and plug lockout devices — engineered for OSHA compliance and built for the demands of real industrial environments. OEM & ODM available.
Electrical lockout devices physically prevent the re-energization of switched-off equipment during maintenance and servicing. Under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147, every facility performing electrical maintenance must deploy appropriate LOTO devices — the right type for each specific control point.

Our electrical lockout devices are deployed in facilities that must comply with OSHA 1910.147 and NFPA 70E electrical safety standards.
Circuit breaker lockouts and panel switch lockouts isolate distribution boards, switchgear, and motor control centers during maintenance shutdowns.
Electrical plug lockout devices and push-button switch covers prevent machine restart on production lines during tool changes, cleaning, and jam clearance.
Chemical-resistant ABS and PC lockout enclosures maintain integrity in wash-down and solvent-exposure environments — essential for FDA and GMP compliance.
Wall switch lockouts and portable plug lockout devices protect contract workers on temporary power setups and multi-employer construction sites.
Isolate pump motor starters, VFD control panels, and distribution boards in corrosive or high-humidity environments with IP-rated lockout solutions.
Certified electrical lockout devices for use in hazardous area (ATEX) adjacent zones — used alongside valve lockouts for complete energy isolation.
As a dedicated LOTO manufacturer for 15+ years, we eliminate the distributor layer — giving procurement teams factory pricing, full customization access, and direct engineering support.
Our 8,000m² facility houses injection molding, assembly, QC, and R&D under one roof. No outsourcing — full traceability from raw material to shipment.
Lockout tagout is our exclusive product category. Our engineers understand OSHA 1910.147, NFPA 70E, and ISO 50001 — and design products to the standard, not around it.
Custom colors, laser-engraved branding, modified dimensions, bespoke keying configurations, and private-label packaging — all available with low minimum order quantities.
Beyond electrical lockouts: LOTO padlocks, valve lockouts, group lockout stations, hasps, and LOTO tags — all from a single verified factory.
We don't just sell off-the-shelf. Our engineering team works with you to develop electrical lockout devices that match your facility's exact equipment, branding standards, and compliance requirements.
Share your equipment specs, breaker brands, switch sizes, or reference samples. Our team responds within 24 hours.
Our R&D team designs the device, produces a 3D prototype, and delivers physical samples for your approval — typically within 10–15 days.
After sample sign-off, we schedule full production with 100% incoming and outgoing quality inspection — every batch documented.
Global shipping via sea, air, or express. Dedicated after-sales support for warranty claims, reorders, and specification updates.

The three main categories are: (1) Circuit breaker lockouts — attach directly to breaker toggles and prevent them from being switched on, available in clamp-on, snap-on, and universal designs for different breaker widths. (2) Electrical panel & switch lockouts — transparent PC enclosures placed over wall switches, push-buttons, and rotary controls, locked in place with a padlock. (3) Lockout devices for electrical plugs — enclosures that surround the plug body to prevent reconnection to a power outlet. The correct choice depends on your energy isolation point and the type of electrical control present.
Yes. All products in our electrical lockout range are designed to meet the requirements of OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 (Control of Hazardous Energy — Lockout/Tagout). This standard requires devices to be durable, standardized, substantial, and identifiable. Our devices are manufactured from industrial-grade polymers (ABS, PA66, PC) and tested for dimensional stability, chemical resistance, and padlock hasp compatibility. Full compliance documentation is available upon request.
Our universal and adjustable clamp-on circuit breaker lockouts are compatible with the most common brands including Schneider Electric, ABB, Siemens, Eaton, Legrand, and GE breakers. We also offer brand-dedicated models (e.g., our 100A Schneider-specific lockout). For less common breaker models, we offer OEM engineering — send us your breaker dimensions or part number and we will confirm compatibility or design a custom solution.
Our standard OEM minimum is 100 units per SKU for custom color or laser-engraving orders. For new mold development (custom dimensions or new device types), the typical MOQ is 500–1,000 units depending on complexity. For standard catalog items, there is no minimum — we can fulfill sample orders of 1–10 units for testing and approval. Contact us to discuss your specific project requirements.
Yes. All our electrical lockout devices feature standard 6mm (¼ inch) padlock shackle holes compatible with any LOTO padlock — including Master Lock, Brady, and our own Mingjiang safety padlock range. Our switch covers and panel lockout boxes also include hasp slots for use with multi-lock lockout hasps during group lockout procedures.
Measure the overall dimensions of the switch, button, or panel area you need to enclose. For push-button and rotary switch covers, note the panel cutout diameter (standard sizes are 22mm, 25mm, and 30mm). For wall switch covers, measure the switch plate dimensions. Our product pages list the compatible size ranges. If your switch is a non-standard size, contact us — our engineering team can produce a custom-fit cover through our OEM program within 10–15 days.
All electrical lockout devices shipped with compliance documentation available on request.
